公益事业作为一家教育机构，美联致力于让更多贫困地区的孩子获得更好的教育资源，不仅积极建设希望小学，更始终坚持组织美联老师的公益支教行动，目前足迹已遍布重庆、四川、广西、云南、西藏、江西、贵州、湖南等地；同时，**建设美联爱心图书馆，美联把世界带到贫困地区孩子们的面前；**“美联带你看世界”等夏令营活动，带领孩子们走出大山，增长见识，开阔视野· 自2006年美联成立，“千千爱?美联情”公益活动即正式启动，每年组织两次对贫困山区孩子的支助行动， 包括捐赠物资、爱心捐款及一对一的孩童助养· 自2013年起，每年新增两学期的江西贫困小学驻点支教，美联老师们也积极投身到公益支教中去，坚守“为梦想而生”的品牌信仰，助力更多人实现他们的梦想· 自2013年起，持续每年暑期为山区学生组织为期一周的“美联带你看世界”爱心夏令营公益活动· 2014年，在重庆丰都县成立了“美联民望希望小学”，与江西支教机构共同长期驻点支教，同时为学校新建了现代化的“美联爱心图书馆”
