Reading Selectively or Extensively?

As regards reading，there has been a heated discussion among the general public in our society. People who believe in reading selectively argue that people are unable to find enough time to readextensively even if they intend to. What's more，there are also many bad or vulgar books.Therefore，we should be careful to choose healthy and instructive books.

By contrast，others hold that we should read extensively. According to a recent surveyconducted by CCTV，a high proportion of scientists as high as 86. 5 percent admit that readingextensively plays a key role in their developing comprehensively and later on making remarkableachievements.
